Policy on Cancellation of reservation

In the unfortunate event of cancellation, please note the following rules:
• 5 days before the scheduled arrival there is no penalty.
• 4 - 2 days before the scheduled arrival - you will be charged the equivalent of one night's stay.
• Less than 2 days before the scheduled arrival - you will be charged the equivalent of 50% of the total of your reservation.
• Departure from the Hotel before the scheduled date - you will be charged 50% of the total of your reservation's remaining days
